Our Function Centre

Our spacious Function Room can cater for 120 seated guests. We have a modern well equipped kitchen or food catering can be arranged directly with caterers.
We also provide a list of some our regular caterers.

Venue Hire Information

Booking Terms

A $120 deposit is required to secure the booking – the deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the function date. Remainder of account is to be settled 7 days before the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND MARCH have special conditions.

Catering

Hirers can cater for themselves, or you are welcome to use professional caterers.
The club has a full commercial kitchen, and 2 large barbecues. The use of the barbecues is included in the hire cost. The kitchen and barbecues must be left clean - dishes washed up, cutlery put away, etc

Drinks

The Mosman Park Bowling Club is a fully licensed venue - all drinks are to be purchased from the bar. There is no BYO. The club provides bar staff.

Drinks can be purchased on a bar tab on account, payable at the conclusion of the function or with cash. The club provides bar staff. Drinks can be purchased on a “bar tab” – on account, payable at the conclusion of the function – or with cash.

Bowls

Included in the hire cost:
Bowling green: 6 rinks or 6 games can be played at one time.
Lawn bowls (various sizes & weights)
One mat & jack per rink
Game instructor ( if required )

Dress Code

The club has a policy of 'no tank tops or singlets' for males.
Footwear: We do not provide bowls footwear, however bowlers can wear socks or play bare footed. No other footwear other than proper bowling shoes - no heels are acceptable.

Hall Decorations

Can be done after 12 noon on the day of the function but must all be taken down at the end. (Balloons and streamers, etc. can set the alarm off).
The club does not allow poppers to be used on the premises.

Inspection

By appointment - any time after 12 noon Monday - Friday, and 11am Saturday and Sunday.
