Hire Information
The club caterers for small and large functions, from small office gatherings to team building events and weddings.

Deposit
A deposit is required to secure bookings. Please contact the club for full hire rates.
Balance of Account
The balance of the account is to be settled 10 days prior to your function date.
Booking Period
Bookings are for a 5 hour period. Additional hours (if available) will incur a fee.
Public Holidays
Functions booked on a public holiday will incur a 15% surcharge (including drink prices)
Cancellation Policy
For bookings April to October, the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 1 month of the function date.
For bookings November to March, the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 2 months of the function date.
If it is not possible to bowl at all during the booking period due to inclement weather, the green hire charge will be fully refunded.
Small Group Bookings
For small groups under 40 people, we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the venue/green, unless full venue hire rates are paid. An area will be reserved for your group.
Children
All children are welcome at the club - however we have some strict protocols. Children under the age of 6 are NOT ALLOWED on the greens at all. All children 6-12 are allowed on the greens but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Catering
The club has a full commercial kitchen and bbq facilities, which are included in the hire cost. You are welcome to self cater or use one of our suggested professional caterers.
The kitchen and bbq must be left clean at all times.
Drinks
The Mosman Park Bowling Club is a fully licensed venue and ALL drinks must be purchased from the bar - including soft drinks. (click here to see our drinks list)
Drinks can be purchased on a 'tab' payable at the conclusion of the function by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Amex (4.5% surcharge).
Bowls
If a function books the green to play bowls, a bowls instruction is essential. This is included in the hire cost and will only take about 15mins.
1 green = 6 rinks (lanes)

Dress Code
The club has a policy of "no tank tops or singlets" for males
Socks or barefeet on the greens at all times, unless you have bowling shoes.
Hall Decoration
Decorations are welcome at the club, and can be done after 12 noon on the day of the function by prior arrangement. All decorations are to be taken down at the end of the function as this can set off our alarm.
Inspection
You are welcome to inspect the club anytime after 12 noon or by appointment.
